Founder and CEO of Med-Hunters, a healthcare recruiting firm founded in early 2026. Med-Hunters connects hospitals, health systems, research organizations, and specialty practices with high-quality clinical, administrative, research, and leadership talent across oncology, clinical research, cardiac, perioperative, and surgical services.

Eric brings more than 25 years of healthcare recruiting industry experience. Prior to founding Med-Hunters, he served as CEO of Med-Hunters Medical Search.
Eric has earned recognition as an eight-time Top Producer awardee and was named Rookie Recruiting Consultant of the Year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.

Deborah joined Med-Hunters in 2010 after nearly 10 years in Recruitment/Marketing Management. She proved to be a Results driven recruiter becoming a top producer with our organization. She rejoined us in 2019 as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, bringing over 20 years in the business of Recruitment and Partnership Management.
