Fee Structure and Replacement Support
Our contingency recruiting fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year annual compensation and becomes payable only if your organization hires a candidate introduced by Med-Hunters, subject to the terms of the applicable search agreement.
Med-Hunters offers replacement support under the terms of the agreed search agreement. Our goal is not simply to make placements, but to help clients secure successful, long-term hires.
